We've had this EVERY fucking year since 'Midogate'. I've just seen on SSN that the owners have yet again threatened bans for anyone partaking in this activity and lo and behold, I've just busied myself and looked on the official site and there's a 'message from the joint chairmen' on this,
They're not doing us any favours by peddling this same shit every season. Yes, they're obviously advised to do this but does fuck all but put unnecessary attention on the fans.
All this does is makes us look like right CUNTS.

'Running round the Tottenham' was sung on my train in and when it pulled in the brakes let out a loud hissing noise, although I think this was unrelated.

I've seen us play Spurs a fair few times and said and chanted stuff I wouldn't have done if I was stone cold sober.
Problem now is you can get nicked for going along with the crowd after a few beers and coming out with stuff which you don't really mean in spite but is still wrong.
I don't have anything at all against Jewish people or their religion plus have Jewish ancestry on my Dad's side so should have known better really.
Think it's best to just refer to their fans as fucking cunts rather than any little songs or any words starting with a y.

and a rub with the left hand/fingers below the nose could be mistake for a nazi salute especially if you fully extend your right arm at the same time.

There's a religious group that gets derogatory songs sung about it at nearly every home game and gets no media coverage. Having said that, the last Pope shot forgave the person who shot him, so a couple of wannabe Chelsea fans singing fuck him isn't going to worry him too much. Sing it about his mum though and he'll iron you out.

Best way to stop this trend of the prawn sandwich brigade attempting to end working class people displaying banter at games is to just sing songs like "running around in Tottenham" en masse tomorrow
If they wanna call themselves yids then you should be able to rip the fuck out of them for it (just like they are allowed to do about us being from the East End)
